History Of The Movement

We are people North of the Central Valley of California and South of the State of Washington wishing to be better represented in our State Legislatures by carving out a more representative area and making it the 51st State of The Union.

We share a sense of isolation within our respective State Legislatures that is reflective in poorly funded educational access, industry, infrastructure repair, and the universal constitutional values that include but aren’t limited to the 2nd Amendment.

We are angered by the lack of Jobs for ourselves and our families.

We are angered by the high gasoline taxes that don’t reflect a return in our areas that are equal to Los Angeles and San Francisco.

We are angered by the foot dragging on the J Levy project promised decades ago.

We are angered by the poor water management.

We are Rural Communities who wish to keep the values of a Rural Life without the mindset of Big City Government and all the baggage they impose upon us.

We are angered by Mass Transit programs that ignore this part of the State.

If you fall into that Category then chances are you are a Jeffersonian.

His Quotes:

In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle, stand like a rock.

I hold it, that a little rebellion, now and then, is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.
I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it.
